Your MissionWe are looking for a HR Systems & Data Manager to strengthen our People team and support the continuous evolution of our systems and people data landscape with a strong focus on Workday. This role sits at the intersection of HR systems process optimization, data analysis and stakeholder coordination. You will be part of a diverse People team bringing together complementary expertise (HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Learning & Development, HR Operations) and you will work closely with HR IT, Engineering, Finance, Legal and external partners. The position requires a strong data‑driven mindset, a global view of HR tools and the ability to operate autonomously in a complex international environment. Your Responsibilities Act as the functional lead and owner of Workday ensuring it effectively supports business needs Continuously improve and optimize HR processes through system enhancements and best practices Serve as the main point of contact for external service providers managing collaboration and deliveries Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability across all HR systems and integrations Perform HR data analysis and support reporting dashboards and decision‑making Maintain an end‑to‑end view of the HR ecosystem and data flows Contribute to HR systems governance documentation and continuous improvement initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
