We are constantly looking for motivated, reliable, and dedicated CTMs who can demonstrate a first similar experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Local Trial Manager or Study Manager within the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO. In this role you will be a primary point of contact to lead, manage and co‑coordinate the conduct of clinical trials from study start‑up to close‑out at a country level in France. You will maintain the quality and scientific integrity of clinical trials at a country level. Local Trial Manager collaborates with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure timely and on‑budget execution of clinical trial deliverables within the country. Based in Paris/Ile de France.Hybrid role with 1–2 days at client’s office. What You Will Be Doing Plan and manage all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to establish and implement clinical trial protocols and procedures. Build and manage strong relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders. Ensure all trials are conducted in compliance with local, national, and international regulations and ethical guidelines. Problem‑solve and make critical decisions regarding trial design, vendor selection, and risk management. Your Profile A first stable experience as a CTM or Local Trial Manager within the pharmaceutical industry or CRO. Prior monitoring experience. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work well in a dynamic environment and prioritize and respond to changing business needs. Strong IT skills. Strong communication, multitasking, and ability to work effectively under pressure. Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
