As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?YOUR ROLE ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & AnalysisManage monthly and quarterly closing processes for IT financials.Perform variance analysis versus budget and forecast; identify and explain deltas.Conduct dedicated analyses on WIP, CAPEX, and project financial performance.Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for IT management.ProcessDrive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting tools.What we are looking forBachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Fluent in English and French.Minimum 2 years of experience in financial control or FP&A roles.Exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support financial processes and initiatives.Specialist Knowledge & Skills: Strong analytical (ability to perform detailed analysis) and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.
