Global Finance Analyst - Consolidation Manager As a Global Finance Analyst – Consolidation Manager, you'll be at the heart of L'Oréal's financial reporting process, ensuring the accuracy and quality of our consolidated accounts. Reporting to the Group Consolidation Director, you'll join a dynamic team of 10 people based in Clichy, collaborating with key stakeholders such as M&A, CFOs, Chief Accountants, Controllers, BEST (Business Service Center), Tax, and Treasury teams. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Quarterly Consolidation: Support subsidiaries in preparing and reporting consolidation packages, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards. Analysis & Reporting: Contribute to the Group's consolidated accounts, internal deliverables, and the Universal Registration Document. Transversal Expertise: Take ownership of group‑level topics and act as a reference point within the consolidation department. Strategic Operations: Analyze and simulate impacts of acquisitions, mergers, and other structuring operations. Training & Support: Design and facilitate training seminars on consolidation and normative issues for the accounting population. Required Skills A Master's degree (BAC+5) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience in an audit firm with expertise in consolidation and IFRS. Fluency in English and French to collaborate with global teams. Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
