Platform Engineer (DevOps) – Fintech – Remote (H/F) Rejoignez une fintech dynamique et innovante spécialisée dans les solutions bancaires intégrées. Alors que l'entreprise connaît un pic d'activité et que quelques membres de l'équipe ont récemment quitté leurs postes, nous recherchons un expert Plateform Engineer - DevOps pour une mission temporaire de trois à six mois, renouvelable. La mission se déroulera principalement en remote avec une présence si besoin sur Paris. L'équipe, composée de 7 personnes, est ciblée sur l'amélioration et la maintenance des plateformes CI/CD fondamentales à nos opérations quotidiennes. Cette mission est essentielle pour répondre aux besoins de scalabilité et d'efficacité de l'entreprise. Responsabilités Optimiser et faire évoluer les plateformes CI/CD, notamment migrer de GitLab vers GitHub. Améliorer l'expérience des développeurs en implémentant des outils comme Backstage et Boundary. Encadrer l'équipe et proposer des améliorations stratégiques pour la scalabilité et l'efficacité. Assurer le mentorship de membres juniors de l'équipe. Collaborer étroitement avec d'autres équipes pour garantir l'alignement des projets. Proposer des initiatives pour améliorer les workflows d'ingénierie. Stack Technique CI/CD : GitLab, GitHub Actions Outils de déploiement : ArgoCD, ArgoWorkflow Backstage, Boundary Modalités Date de démarrage : dès que possible Date de fin : durée 12 mois Candidats recherchés : 1 Expérience : 4+ ans Type de contrat : Freelance / Indépendant, Temps complet Rémunération : 450 € - 500 € par jour selon expérience Mode de facturation : Assistance technique Télétravail Qualifications Expérience significative avec les plateformes CI/CD et outils de déploiement. Compétences en communication pour une collaboration efficace inter-équipes. Capacité à encadrer et inspirer ses collègues. Anglais courant exigé.
