Build a high-performing team, expand presence in TAVI centers, and position France as a key market for balloon valvuloplasty.Your Mission: Lead the Future of Structural Heart in FranceWe are looking for an exceptional commercial leader to take ownership of BD’s direct go-to-market transformation for Structural Heart in France, starting with our rapidly growing True Valvuloplasty platform.As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building, leading, and executing the sales strategy in one of the most strategic and high-potential markets in Europe. Your mandate: develop France into a reference country for Valvuloplasty by establishing a high-performing team, expanding our reach in TAVI centres, and securing BD’s footprint in the balloon valvuloplasty segment.We’re looking for someone who can blend strategy and execution, inspire talent, and make True one of BD’s top-selling and growth drivers in France.Main ResponsibilitiesStrategic Market DevelopmentMap white space and prioritize accounts based on SAM, TAVI procedure volumes, and unmet needsIdentify and develop local KOLs and early adopters to drive procedural momentumCollaborate closely with Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to shape local strategyFeed local insights into regional planning, becoming a key voice in BD’s leadershipImplement new commercial models in the structural heart segmentDrive Commercial ExcellenceOwn and deliver the national sales targets, driving double‑digit growth across direct accountsBuild strong account plans, execute flawlessly, and secure adoption in France’s top TAVI centersLead pricing strategy, value communication, and margin optimization with hospital stakeholdersEnsure clinical credibility and confidence through expert engagement with heart teams and KOLsBuild & Lead the French Field TeamRecruit, train, and inspire a new sales team focused on True Valvuloplasty and future launchesCoach your team to become trusted advisors in the TAVI procedural spaceCreate a culture of performance, agility, and challenger mindsetImplement performance management systems with accountability and celebration of winsPreferred ProfileMinimum 8 years of experience in Structural Heart, Interventional Cardiology, or Cardiac SurgeryStrong network and understanding of the French hospital landscape, especially heart teamsProven track record of sales leadership—hiring, developing, and motivating high-performing teamsAbility to move from strategic vision to field execution with discipline and speedEntrepreneurial, self‑starting, and passionate about building something newNative‑level French and fluent EnglishBe the Force Behind BD’s Next Growth Engine in FranceFrance is one of the most strategic markets for Peripheral Intervention and for Tavi in Europe, and valvuloplasty plays a growing role in the TAVI care pathway.
