Alan is entering a growth phase, and we are looking to scale our content and organic growth efforts across Europe and beyond. Your MissionBuild and scale the content engine that will make organic search Alan's #1 acquisition channel across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. You will work as a duo with the GEO/SEO Growth Marketer and partner with the Growth team to turn content into traffic growth and business impact. The role combines writing content our members love with architecting scalable systems (AI workflows, multi-market processes, and repeatable frameworks) across four markets with different regulations and cultural contexts. You will become the guardian of Alan's tone of voice, ensuring brand consistency as we scale. Key Missions Include Accelerating content production: Own and execute Alan's content calendar across formats: blog posts, in-depth guides, landing pages Cover topics our members care about: wellness at work, preventive health advice, navigating insurance complexity Ship high-quality work at pace while maintaining Alan's distinctive brand voice Drive measurable business impact through strategic content: Create content that generates awareness, conversions, and positions Alan as a category leader in health insurance Ensure brand coherence as we scale from content execution to strategic narrative ownership Expand and localize content across markets: Adapt Alan's content framework for Spain, Belgium, and Canada, respecting local regulations, cultural nuances, and member expectations Build repeatable localization processes (avoiding bottlenecks and quality loss) Work with local market teams to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and resonant Leverage AI to work smarter: Build custom AI agents to automate research, drafts, and optimization Optimize for AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity), not just Google Test workflows that deliver quality content consistently What makes this role exciting Shape the future of organic growth at Alan: shift from reactive execution to proactive, data-driven content strategy Work at the intersection of content, AI, and health innovation: experiment with cutting-edge tools and define AI-assisted content production at scale Multi-market impact from day one: influence expansion across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada Join a fast-growing team: work with marketers, designers, engineers High autonomy and ownership: build systems, make strategic decisions, and execute with minimal hand-holding Mission-driven impact: help people understand and access better health insurance Level up your skills: training on AI agent creation and SEO automation to become an AI-native content operator Experience & Skills 2-3 years of content/copywriting experience, with 1-2 years in a high-growth tech or scale-up environment Exceptional writing craft across formats (blogs, guides, landing pages) SEO fundamentals: keyword research, semantic analysis, content optimization tools (SEMrush, Google Search Console, CMS) Track record of measurable impact: owned a content channel and demonstrated results Experience balancing brand and performance Operational excellence at pace: able to create content at volume without sacrificing quality Data-informed mindset: analyze metrics and iterate based on insights Curiosity about AI/GEO: interest in how LLMs are changing content discovery and AI-powered workflows Languages: Fluent in French and English (mandatory) For this role we’re looking for a B level on our grid. Nice-to-Have Multi-market/localization experience in European scale-ups Spanish or Dutch proficiency Experience in regulated industries (fintech, healthtech, insurtech) Experience working with Growth Marketing, Demand Gen, or Product Marketing teams Previous use of AI agents or content automation tools (Dust, Claude, GPT) Interest in health, insurance, or wellness topics Perks & Benefits At Alan, being in good health is a basic need.
