OverviewOur Implementation team plays a key role in onboarding new customers by working cross-department with Sales, Product and Customer Success to understand client use cases and requirements, then translate them into setup and configuration of the 360Learning platform. You will follow your customers' portfolio along their contract to increase product adoption and deliver solutions complementary to the Product. These large, strategic accounts have advanced knowledge of the platform and will rely on you to facilitate new integrations (such as flat files and APIs) and third-party applications, restructure the platform, conduct solution audits, and provide advanced guidance to maximize the product benefits.Within 1 month, you will: become proficient in the onboarding process, training, and platform support for basic requests. Responsibilities by milestone Within 1 month: Become a Trello expert through onboarding; understand the product through training; master the platform to support basic requests via ticketing. Within 3 months: Take ownership of your primary client and support a small portfolio; address questions; assist the Customer Success partner on functional and technical questions; implement integrations (SSO, third-party tools) and provide technical guidance for platform integration and troubleshooting. Within 6 months: Be able to pitch the value of the 360Learning platform; develop repeatable, scalable processes; support the customer along the contract from an expertise standpoint; deliver Professional Services. Within 12 months: Onboard another Solution Expert; contribute to the knowledge base; work with partner ecosystem to strengthen services; deliver platform audits and professional services from the catalogue.
