Dior is embarking on a series of exceptional hospitality projects over the next three years to enhance its client experience. These projects include the introduction of new restaurant concepts featuring Michelin star chefs in various locations worldwide. Missions Development of F&B Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) "Bible" / Referential Create a global toolbox for opening processes, operational tools & systems, and auditing processes. Ensure consistency across all F&B locations worldwide. Project management for several opening locations. Pre-opening Serve as liaison with all 3rd‑party operators and consultants. Coordinate with consulting chefs to ensure that culinary concept delivery is aligned with Dior direction, standards, and expectations. Collaborate with Communications & Image teams to ensure timely approvals on all branded requirements, inclusive menu design, FOH requirements, etc. Coordinate with all relevant Dior departments, including local teams and HQ teams, to ensure all projects are successfully managed in accordance with global/local standards and expectations. Post-opening Implement follow up processes to maintain consistent adherence to food quality and service standards. Conduct on‑site training and follow‑up meetings. Perform auditing visits to ensure ongoing compliance. Provide expertise in financial follow‑up for F&B locations, including pre‑opening and post‑opening analysis. P&L consolidation and benchmarking costs & fees. Proficiency Education: Bachelor's degree from a Business school in Hospitality Management or a related field, or from an 'Ecole Hôtelière’. Languages: English is mandatory; French is required. Qualification Passion for gastronomy Minimum 5 to 8 years of direct experience in hospitality/F&B. Strong experience in luxury/high‑end environments. Exceptional communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong partnerships internally and externally. Project management skills with strong attention to details. Ability to represent Dior as a client‑facing brand ambassador for hospitality concepts.
