Position

Dior is embarking on a series of exceptional hospitality projects over the next three years to enhance its client experience. These projects include the introduction of new restaurant concepts featuring Michelin star chefs in various locations worldwide.

Job responsibilities

Development of F&B Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) "Bible" / Referential

Create a global toolbox for opening processes, operational tools & systems, and auditing processes.

Ensure consistency across all F&B locations worldwide.

  • Project management for several opening locations:

Pre-opening:

Serve as liaison with all 3rd-party operators and consultants.

Coordinate with consulting chefs to ensure that culinary concept delivery is aligned with Dior direction, standards, and expectations.

Collaborate with Communications & Image teams to ensure timely approvals on all branded requirements, inclusive menu design, FOH requirements, etc.

Coordination with all relevant Dior departments, including local teams and HQ teams to ensure all projects are successfully managed in accordance with global/local standards and expectations.

Post-opening:

Implement follow up processes to maintain consistent adherence to food quality and service standards.

Conduct on-site training and follow-up meetings. Perform auditing visits to ensure ongoing compliance.

  • Financial Expertise:

Provide expertise in financial follow-up for F&B locations, including pre-opening and post-opening analysis.

P&L consolidation and knowledge benchmarl‹s costs & fees.

Profile

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from a Business school in Hospitality Management or a related field, or from an 'Ecole Hôtelière'.

Languages:

  • English is mandatory
  • French

Qualification:

  • Passion for gastronomy
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of direct experience in hospitality/F&B.
  • Strong experience in luxury/high-end
  • Exceptional communication sl‹ills and ability to build and maintain strong partnerships internally and externally.
  • Project management skills with strong attention to details
  • Ability to represent Dior as a client-facing brand ambassador for hospitality concepts
