Reporting to Head of product, they work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers, Developers, and UX to verify that requirements are correctly implemented and that product releases remain stable and consistent. Their mission is to design, execute, and maintain test plans including end‑to‑end tests, regression suites, exploratory testing to safeguard product reliability and user experience. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk detection and quality assurance.Key Responsibilities1. Test Planning & ExecutionDefine testing strategy for projects, sites, new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with functional and non‑functional requirements.Conduct automatic and manual testing activities including functional, regression, end‑to‑end, and exploratory testing.2. Regression & End‑to‑End TestingBuild and maintain end‑to‑end tests covering critical workflows.Execute regression tests after releases to ensure product stability.Support the identification of automation candidates and collaborate with development team when applicable.3. Defect Management & Quality ReportingIdentify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact assessments.Work with developers and Product Owners or Product Managers to prioritize bugs based on severity and user impact.Re‑test resolved issues and validate fixes before release.Prepare test progress reports and highlight quality risks, gaps, and areas requiring attention.4.
