**Position Description**

As Arkamys Quality and Cybersecurity Engineer (QSE), your main mission is to lead the processes and activities of all the teams with respect to the policies in place in the company for Quality (ISO 9001, A-SPICE) and Security (ISO 27001, TISAX) standards.

You manage the relationship with the Arkamys teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, Presales), making sure that Arkamys meets its internal quality and security commitments, as well as the ones committed to the customers.

You are also interfacing with the IT Services in order to enforce Cybersecurity requirements, and to monitor the operations according to the processes in place for cybersecurity.

You evolve in a global and international environment, assuring the processes are homogeneous across the regions.

**Main Missions**
- Contribute to the implementation and the follow-up of the Quality Assurance and Cybersecurity policies - redaction of process and templates, verification of the implementation of defined processes, Support to Project Managers, Team Leaders and Engineers
- Design and maintain the IT risks cartography
- Contribute proactively to improve IT tools/equipment to ensure the Group is well equipped
- Internal audit of the Company processes and documentation reviews
- Establish a security culture in the organization
- Support external assessors during audits
- Interface IT Services and follow-up their activities, audit external contractors

**Your Profile**
- Quality processes knowledge, ISO 9001, A-SPICE is a plus
- IT and Cybersecurity knowledge, ISO 27001, TISAX is a plus
- Rigor, methodology and autonomy
- Entrepreneurship spirit
- 3-5 years of experience as QSE, IT auditor or Cybersecurity domain

**Personal skillset**:

- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to be proactive, work on own initiative, to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently to achieve goals established in a global environment

**Education**: Master on Information Technology, or Quality and Cybersecurity or equivalent

**Languages**: Fluent in English
