QuantifiCare SA, an innovative company, is a key player on the international stage in 3D imaging and clinical research. It provides both service activities dedicated to major pharmaceutical companies for medical imaging processing in clinical trials. Since its creation in 2001, the company has rapidly expanded internationally, establishing office in the United States.We are looking for our future Clinical Project Manager for a V.I.E. contract based in Suwanee, near Atlanta.As Clinical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of clinical study projects, including technical, logistical, and interpersonal aspects. You will report directly to the Global Clinical Operations Manager (based in the US) and your main responsibilities will be to:Interact with various international contacts (pharmaceutical partners, medical centers, suppliers)Defining, preparing, and monitoring the hardware and software necessary for the successful completion of the projectDrafting documents and preparing accompanying presentations related to the project (procedures, manuals)Participating in or leading project preparation and follow-up meetings with our clientsConducting training on our products and services at the international levelAct as a liaison between the various project stakeholders to ensure the study runs smoothlyMonitor the budget for each projectAssist in monitoring and resolving issues encountered by clientsEnsure quality and compliance with standardized proceduresProvide the information necessary for proactive actionProfileYou have a degree from an engineering school or a university degree with a specialization in biomedicine or equivalent, and you have professional experience in the healthcare field, ideally in clinical research, and confirm that you have an interest in clinical development.You efficiently managed complex projects from A to Z.You have a good knowledge of IT: Office/Open Office (especially Excel).Knowledge of photography would be an additional asset.This position requires rigor. A proactive, collaborative, and solution oriented mindset is required. You must demonstrate excellent adaptability and versatility. Your interpersonal skills and teaching abilities will be essential qualities.Fluency in English is essential (C1, spoken and written).
