OverviewWe are on a mission to change how customers install, configure, update, and troubleshoot Datadog Agent and Datadog on-prem software. We enable customers to start their observability journey by installing the Agent where they are, on any platform. We empower SRE and Observability teams to centrally govern Datadog. We give teams the ability to enforce configuration standards, and ensure observability consistency across their environments. We manage Agent upgrades and configuration changes from Datadog, enabling customers to focus on their applications and services. We support Customers in their onboarding and expansion journey with Datadog.As the leader of the Agent Customer Experience group, you’ll partner with Product and other Engineering teams across Datadog to align and deliver our technical and product strategy around Datadog Onboarding, Fleet Automation, Remote Management, and Remote Configuration. You’ll expand this nascent platform to new use cases and new environments, focusing on ease of use and time to value.We’re looking for a technical leader to guide growing teams of engineers through an ambitious product and technical roadmap.
