Our mission is to develop world-class AI solutions tailored for defense and public safety sectors, combining technical excellence with unwavering respect for personal data protection laws across jurisdictions.The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the user experience and interface design of our AI-powered video solutions. You will shape intuitive, high-performing tools for users ranging from public safety operators to defense professionals, all while considering the sensitivity and criticality of our domain.ResponsibilitiesTranslate complex AI capabilities into simple, effective user experiences for camera operators and analysts.Design intuitive UIs that facilitate real-time alerts, video playback, search, and situation analysis.Collaborate closely with customers, engineers, and domain experts to define features and workflows.Ensure compliance with privacy and legal standards (e.g., GDPR) in all user-facing design decisions.Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets for web and edge-based platforms.Conduct user research and usability testing with both civilian and military end-users.Evolve and maintain a design system aligned with Orasio’s mission and visual identity.Continuously refine brand guidelines to uphold a cohesive visual identity across diverse touchpoints, web, email, product interfaces, and more.Develop design systems that can scale across different platforms.Ideal Profile5+ years of experience designing complex B2B or critical systems interfaces (e.g., SaaS, security, defense, or data-heavy products).Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and real-world application of AI or data visualization.Proficient in design tools (Figma,etc.) and prototyping.Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and designing in high-stakes, regulated environments.Bonus: familiarity with legal compliance, human-machine interaction in surveillance or defense contexts, or multilingual design (especially French/English).Fluent in English (French is a strong plus).What we offerAt Orasio, you'll join a team of passionate people working on meaningful, high-impact challenges at the intersection of AI, public safety, and technological sovereignty.
