Filiale du géant américain AMETEK, ANTAVIA bénéficie de la puissance d’un grand groupe tout en restant une entreprise à taille humaine. Au sein d’une équipe de 3 collaborateurs, notre société recherche un Responsable Qualité / Conformité opérationnelle en CDI. Ce poste est basé au Mesnil Amelot sur le site secondaire de l’entreprise. Rattaché(e) au Directeur Qualité Conformité Sécurité HSE, vos missions principales seront les suivantes : Mettre en œuvre le programme de surveillance dans un souci constant d’optimisation PART / 145 Réaliser des audits internes / externes (produits / procédure et processus) Analyser et traiter les non-conformités internes et externes avec les outils 5M-8D- QQOQCP… Accompagner l’atelier dans l’analyse et le traitement des écarts ; Suivre l’avancement des plans d’action associés ; Assurer un reporting à sa hiérarchie. Assurer la formation au système qualité auprès des équipes opérationnelles Participer au programme de formation interne qualité / FH / sécurité Être l’interlocuteur dans le cadre des audits réglementaires et clients Participer au maintien et au déploiement du SMQ PROFIL RECHERCHE De formation supérieure (BAC+3), vous justifiez d’une expérience de 3 ans minimum sur un poste similaire dans le secteur de l’aéronautique et plus particulièrement le PART / 145, avec forte composante en qualité opérationnelle et technique. Nous recherchons une personne avec une approche terrain, capable de déployer et d’assurer l’application du système qualité dans un esprit d’amélioration continue. Vous êtes pragmatique et avez des aptitudes à accompagner / transmettre à l’ensemble du personnel les exigences du système qualité. Vous êtes autonome, impliqué, force de proposition et proactif, vous souhaitez vous investir dans une entreprise à taille humaine et en pleine croissance, le poste est fait pour vous. CONNAISSANCES Anglais (lu / écrit / parlé) Réglementations et normes applicables : EASA Part 145 indispensable, ISO 9001, EN 9110 SMQ serait un plus Outils qualité / outils d’amélioration qualité Méthodes de résolution de problèmes Approche terrain et technique requise SAVOIR-ETRE Autonomie, Rigueur Organisation Force de proposition Sens de la communication et esprit d’équipe Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse Capacité à fédérer autour des process et des objectifs qualité Rémunération sur 13ème mois Poste de technicien, 39h / semaine, 24 RTT par année complète Ticket restaurant : 11.52 € dont 60% pris en charge par l’employeur Prime d’intéressement et de participation annuelle Prime transport 200€ / an Convention collective : Métallurgie Prise de poste dès que possible #J-18808-Ljbffr
