It’s a role where your curiosity will fuel both your personal growth and the success of the team.What You’ll DoProject Lead for specification, implementation, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment in production.In charge of supporting manufacturing in case of troubleshooting and improvement projects.In charge of process control of manufacturing equipment ensuring production stability and performance levelLead implementation of new technologies in production.In charge of manufacturing equipment maintenance plan definition and good execution in alignment with Maintenance plannerSupport creation and review of technical documentation including, batch records, and reports related to engineering, GMP and PPQ runs.Who You Are:Bachelor’s degree in engineering science or related program with 5+ years relevant experienceUnderstanding of bioreactor, chromatography, and filtration processing equipment and operations used to manufacture biotherapeuticsExperience with equipment commissioning, qualification, and validation activitiesProven knowledge of cGMP requirements; commercial site experience is a plusTechnical support and troubleshooting for critical manufacturing operations during Engineering and GMP processingHands-on experience with single use flow path operations and disposable-based manufacturing technologies, from bench to commercial scaleOperation in process control systems and development of automation recipesAbility to organize, analyze/interpret, and effectively communicate dataAuthoring technical and quality documentation within GMP systemsExecute process and equipment risk assessments using industry-standard tools (e.g. FMEA)Good interpersonal, team, and collaborative skills are a mustExcellent oral and written communication skillsVerbal and written communications skills in both English and FrenchAdditional Preferred Qualifications:Applies knowledge to solve complex technical problems; may apply novel approach that provides significant technology advancementCan work independently and in project teams; significant contributor to multi-disciplinary teams at the functional levelFamiliar with Continuous Improvement approach and methodologies (i.e. RCA , DMAIC…)Ability to navigate global regulatory CMC documentsExperience with process analytical technology implementation and continued process monitoringExperience with DeltaV for process controlWhy Join UsGrowth Opportunities: We’re a company that believes in continuous learning and development.
