You’ll be responsible for making 2D/3D layouts, updating technical documentation, and working closely with the Brand and operations teams to adapt designs to local regulations. You’ll also lead our network of architects and use a design thinking approach to continuously evolve our standards️️ Your responsabilities:DesignDesign the layout of Electra stations for each item and module (equipment sticking, road marking on Illustrator).Develop and optimize the technical documentation for the Electra installation guide and its playbookCreate specific renderings according to business or operational needs.Define the new design standard as well as the associated technical documentation (3D renderings, portfolio, technical descriptions, etc.).Ensure liaison with the Brand team for design validation.Maintain constant communication with local teams to ensure design adaptability to regulatory and operational specificities of each countryArchitectureCoordinate the network of archi championsAnticipate permit-related specificities and proactively collect field feedback.Apply a design thinking approach in design and continuous improvementTeam InteractionsCollaborate closely with operational, technical, project, country, and brand teams to ensure consistency and efficiency of proposed designs.
