Job Description
As our Product Designer, you will craft creative, and innovative interfaces for a product built around AI agents. UX and UI quality are central, since every screen must find the right balance between efficiency, clarity, and purity.

• You will work in ultra-fast iteration cycles. We gather feedback, prototype, ship, test, validate, refine, and release. Iteration loops last a few hours. It is live design.
• Explore and iterate quickly with the PM and the frontend team to validate ideas and ship improvements at high velocity.
• Design and refine interfaces that make complex AI interactions simple and intuitive.
• Maintain a high bar of execution with a strong attention to detail, UX and product coherence.
• Own the visual expression of the product, ensuring consistency, clarity, and creative ambition across all outputs.
• Strong prototyping skills and experience turning ideas into tangible user flows (Figma, vibe-coding tools, interactive prototypes, or comparable tools).
• Produce visuals for communication: content pieces, carousels, images, customer stories, feature announcements, and assets used for motion design in coordination with our motion designer and video maker.

Preferred Experience

• Fluent in English
• Passionate for beautiful products and an obsession for clean, efficient interfaces.
• A creative mind, capable of proposing ideas and pushing exploration.
• Comfortable with written communication.
• Curious, open-minded, and eager to learn.
• Have a strong knowledge of best-in-class UX and UI practices.
• Strong prototyping skills and experience turning ideas into tangible user flows (Figma, interactive prototypes, or comparable tools).
• Open to profiles with less experience if we see taste, creative spark, and a real obsession for great products.

Recruitment Process

Our hiring process is simple and focused. You will start with a discovery call to understand the role, the team, and the product context. You will then meet the PM and members of the product team for a deeper discussion about your approach to UX/UI, iteration, and collaboration. The final step is a conversation with our CEO to align on vision, expectations, and culture.
