CS Strategic Projects Manager – Agicap Reporting directly to the Deputy Global COO, you will play a key role in Agicap’s journey to exceed €100M in ARR over the coming years. As a CS Strategic Projects Manager, you will be responsible for the project management of the most impactful projects for Agicap’s Customer Success department, working closely with the management team across multiple countries. Agicap, founded in Lyon in 2016 by three French entrepreneurs, is one of Europe’s fastest scale‑ups with over 8,000 customers and 650 employees. The company provides an integrated Treasury Management platform for mid‑market companies and has raised €145M from leading VC funds. Key Responsibilities Contribute to CS organizational changes Define the overall onboarding strategy to activate our 8,000 customers Work on efficiency programs to unlock added value for our clients Adapt compensation plans to align with Agicap’s growth strategy Create, formalize and improve internal processes in collaboration with operational teams Support Heads and Team Leads with change management Deliver operational solutions and changes Qualifications +3 years of experience, ideally in a consulting firm or in a similar role in a SaaS scale‑up Master’s degree from a top business or engineering school Doer mindset and appetite for diving into operational problems Success‑driven personality focused on making an impact and contributing to an entrepreneurial adventure Good understanding of the B2B SaaS ecosystem, ideally some knowledge of Treasury Management Systems Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to adapt to a fast‑scaling environment Ability to work with diverse teams and coach and improve team performance Native language: French Fluent English Geography & Benefits Ideally located in Lyon (other Agicap offices: Berlin, Frankfurt, etc.) Mostly on‑site presence with some weekly remote days Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, innovative environment Career growth and development opportunities Agicap is committed to providing equal opportunities for everyone, and we foster an inclusive work environment that values diversity We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
