SEO Project Manager (Tourism sector) Budget: TBD Responsabilités Accompagner le VP Customer Experience & Engagement dans la mise en place de recommandations et de stratégies SEO. Coordonner les projets d’optimisation GEO / SEO (site, pages, contenus, structure). Partager les recommandations SEO en interne et suivre leur implémentation avec les équipes produit et tech. Gérer le planning éditorial avec le soutien de l'agence de contenu. Collaborer avec les équipes Global Brands, Digital Factory et eCommerce régionales. Suivre et analyser les performances SEO des marques PME. Proposer des pistes d’amélioration, des axes de contenu, tests et nouveaux streams SEO. Assurer une veille continue des tendances, outils, benchmarks et évolutions du marché. Profil / Qualifications 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en SEO (agence ou annonceur). Solide maîtrise des outils : Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, etc. Très bonne compréhension du contenu éditorial, de l’optimisation on‑page et des stratégies de mots‑clés. Connaissance des fondamentaux du SEO technique (structure, vitesse, mobile…). Très bonnes compétences en gestion de projet et coordination d’équipes. Excellentes capacités de communication, vulgarisation et collaboration avec des profils non techniques. Proactivité, autonomie et aisance dans les environnements internationaux.
