Our instructors are the founders of Wikipedia, Shazam, Youtube, Waze and top executives from companies like Meta, Amazon and Google. We raised $6M to redefine the MBA experience for entrepreneurs and leaders to access a flexible business education at a fraction of the cost of traditional MBAs. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to help shape the visual identity of Augment as we scale. You will work across the entire company, from social posts and static ads to landing pages and web design. You will collaborate with Growth, Content, Product, and Leadership to bring a consistent and premium aesthetic to everything we ship. If you have experience designing ads that performed well, that’s a strong advantage. Startup experience is required. Key Responsibilities Own the end to end design function across social content, static ads, landing pages, email assets, and brand visuals. Partner with Growth to create high performing ads and iterate on winning formats. Work with the Content team to design course visuals, thumbnails, and storytelling assets. Support Product with clean, user friendly website designs and UI improvements. Raise the overall aesthetic bar of the brand. Qualifications Experience designing ads that performed well across platforms. Prior startup experience, ideally in a fast moving environment. Strong visual taste and ability to produce polished work quickly. Understanding of basic performance principles for digital ads. Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools. Full English proficiency.
