**Summary**

Reporting to the VP, Sales & Marketing, and a key member of the Marketing team, the Graphic Designer is responsible for the production of multimedia content and participation in the creation and evolution of the company’s visual identity. This position provides a unique opportunity to have a tangible impact on the future of the company’s internal and external communications.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

The Graphic Designer performs a wide range of duties, including some or all of the following:

- Design multiple graphic assets: website, social media, videos, promotional materials, presentations and
- Maintain the brand’s consistency across all designs and printed materials.
- Select fonts, colors, shapes, designs, styles, and layouts for projects.
- Implement feedback revisions, reviewing finalized materials to be sure there are no errors and creating final designs.
- Design support materials for colleagues on the use of multimedia tools & processes (PowerPoint presentations and Word documents).
- Provide support for annual User Meeting events.

**Skills & Qualifications**

**Must-Have Requirements**:

- **Studies**: Bachelor’s degree preferred, relevant experience can be substituted. - Entry level is accepted.
- **Languages**: Excellent communication skills in French or English.
- **Qualities**: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, attentiveness, able to work autonomously, a team player.
- **Graphics**: Advanced skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
- **Animation**: Basic skills in animation to help generate content with the company mascot (Adobe Character Animator or Animate).
- **Video Production**: Basic skills in producing and editing videos for web promotional purposes.
- **Event Support**: Invitations, design, reports.
- Must be a French Resident or currently able to legally work in the France.

**Nice to have - Additional Skills**:

- **WordPress**: Understanding of WordPress in order to assist with content updates
- **Social Media**: Experience in creating a variety of social media assets, namely LinkedIn
