Discover your opportunity The Client Service team acts, alongside with Sales teams, as a key interface with Alts’ clients for all non-investment matters. While supporting the Client Service team Alts on its day‑to‑day tasks and projects, you will: Be fully integrated in the team and have the opportunity to work together with other departments in an international working environment Understand the business environment, the organization, and the product offering of a global leader in Alternative asset management Be involved in impactful projects Your missions Assist Client Service team in their day‑to‑day tasks, and in particular: Participate to the onboarding process of AIM Alts clients: set up clients in AXA IM referentials, set up reports sending in AXAIM tools, etc… Assist in the completion of periodic client due diligence questionnaires (related to ESG, funds, strategy, etc…) Monitor the delivery of the financial reports to AXA IM Alts clients Support any project aiming at improving the service (new services, improvement of operational efficiency, reduce operational risk…) Qualifications Profile Education/Qualifications Postgraduate studies in Finance, Business, Economics, Management or Marketing. Experience A strong organiser and co-ordinator, rigorous, with attention to details and ability to prioritize A focused, reliable and committed team player Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to maintain a positive attitude in, sometimes, pressured and challenging situations Persevering personality and sense of ownershipClient centric view Knowledge and skills Office pack expert mandatory Fluent in English (verbal and written) and French À partir du 1er juillet 2025, AXA Investment Managers a officiellement rejoint le groupe BNP Paribas via BNP Paribas Cardif.
