What will you do in this position?

The position is based in the Country Office and reports to Head of Logistics. WFP’s On Demand Service Provision under the commitment to supporting the humanitarian actors, and the UN80 Integrated Supply Chain Initiatives, is a collaborative effort to create a proposition to the wider humanitarian community, government and donors that is fast, scalable, and ready for future conflict, climate, economic and health emergencies. The increasing demand for complex supply chain solutions resulted in WFP supporting an unprecedented number of partners across more countries than ever before.

The job holder is to provide a range of specialized support functions for the implementation ofstandard On-Demand Service Provisionprocesses and activities to enable effective andtimelydelivery ofthe services to the clients

How can you make a difference?

  • Coordinate the Country Office’s On-Demand Service Provision (ODS) activities and manage the end‑to‑end process from demand assessment, request management to establishing an agreement, and service delivery, ensuring proper documentation and overall compliance with WFP rules and regulations.
  • Manage ODS data systems, trackers, and SOPs. Ensure data quality, integration, and accessibility. Ensure WFP corporate WFP systems are fully utilized, and context specific local SOPs are
