Shift Manager - Datacenter (H/F/X) La Courneuve Le Shift Manager est chargé de la gestion des équipes en 3*8. Il supervise les opérations quotidiennes en coordonnant les équipes et en établissant les plannings. Il réagit aux incidents, utilise des outils de monitoring afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement des infrastructures, et veille à la sécurité. En rédigeant des rapports et en formant les nouveaux employés, il s’assure que les opérations se déroulent efficacement et sans interruptions. Responsabilités Gérer et superviser les opérations 24/7 du Data Center en garantissant le bon fonctionnement optimal de tous les systèmes, y compris les équipements électriques, de refroidissement, ainsi que les systèmes de surveillance et de sécurité. Cultiver un esprit d'équipe fort pour diriger et motiver l'équipe 3*8 tout en assurant une communication efficace avec les sous-traitants. Coordonner toutes les activités de maintenance programmée, en veillant à leur exécution correcte et dans les délais grâce à une gestion rigoureuse du temps. Accorder une attention particulière aux détails en élaborant et en vérifiant les rapports et dossiers d'entretien pour assurer leur précision et leur conformité avec les normes de l'entreprise. Réaliser des audits réguliers pour garantir que les installations respectent toutes les réglementations en matière de santé et de sécurité. Qualifications Expérience en management d’équipe 3*8 Expertise technique en électricité (HT/BT), climatisation, ventilation et sécurité incendie Expérience significative de la gestion des opérations, en particulier dans un environnement critique tel qu'un Data Center Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Microsoft Office, Service Now, GMAO …) Bon niveau d’anglais (B2 minimum) Esprit d’équipe Rigueur et méthode #J-18808-Ljbffr
