You will work towards achieving key project milestones in compliance with private networks requirements. Primary ResponsibilitiesProficient in configuring and validating network architectures, focused on IP and routing definition, load balancing and integration between 5G RAN and CORE elements in private wireless networks. Design and understand the LLD architectures of 5G CORE and TransportTo be familiarized with BGP and other network protocols.
Oversee mobile and wireless network projects from engineering to customer acceptance, covering pre-staging implementation, , and site integration. Design and validate test plans for new deployments and system upgrades. Prepare comprehensive documentation for system design, and implementation plans. Provide expert technical guidance on private wireless network functionality, performance optimization.
In depth trouble-shooting capability for analysis of network statistics, KPIs, UE logs, enB/gNB logsPreparation of AS-BUILT documentation and internal process records for the CARE phase. Jobs To Be DoneLead the technical and integration aspects of complex projects by applying configurations and designs to the following domains:Network transport5G CORERadio (desirable)Lead the integration of new RAN and Core vendors into the delivery portfolio. Standardize project delivery templates and documentation.
