This role is an integral member of utilizing our tech stack and improving structure and process.Responsibilities and DutiesChampion the use of HubSpot throughout the organizationBe a force for positive adoption of the platformAssist with implementation of new tools and assetsOnboarding head office and clinic team members to HubSpotCustomize views, properties, and workflows in HubSpotCreate new automations to support ongoing business developmentManage Integrations (new and current)Build reports and verify data qualityKeep up to date on upcoming HubSpot update deploymentsProvide HubSpot Technical SupportManage relationships with company stakeholdersRequirementsIdeal Traits:Passion for technologyGreat communication skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsSelf-learner and TeacherTeam PlayerExperience:2+ years experience working as an implementer and/or administrator within HubSpotValid HubSpot Certifications and on the job experience would be considered an additional assetCreating documentation and leading training programs to utilize HubSpot and/or other CRM softwareCreating sales workflows and sequencesJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contractContract length: 8 monthsWork Location: Remote, Canada #J-18808-Ljbffr
