As part of this transformation, we’re creating Quantum HPC, a new team bridging technical expertise and customer engagement.We’re looking for a Quantum Hardware & Physics Specialist to join this team. You will play a key role in technical conversations with HPC centers, our natural early adopters and help shape how our superconducting “cat qubits” are understood, integrated, and used.ResponsibilitiesLead technical meetings with HPC clients and partnersPresent our core technology: superconducting cat qubits, roadmap to FTQC, integration challengesConvey complex scientific ideas and the vision of Alice & Bob to technical and non-technical audience in a clear and accessible manner (in talks, hackathons, workshops, meetings…)Prepare high-quality technical content: briefs, diagrams, comparison tools, slidesContribute to internal work on machine development in accordance with your expertise: experiments, theory, specifications, cryogenics, RF, hardware/software stack…Interact with customers as a scientific expertHelp align our internal tech development with real-world constraints and needsRequirementsPhD or MSc in quantum physics, superconducting circuits, or similar field, with 3 years of experienceComfortable navigating between lab-level details and real-world applicationsExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
