Whether youve got deep experience in commercial real estate skilled trades or technology or youre looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor Fixed term Contract 6 months for our high performing France & Belux Talent Acquisition Team.Role based in ParisWhat this job involvesThe successful Talent Acquisition Advisor will join our energetic and highly collaborative team and will provide the highest quality service for dedicated business lines throughout the France Belgium and Luxembourg cluster.The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with the business to deliver great talent and support the management of the potential talent throughout the recruitment Lifecyle they will be able to demonstrate a knowledge of Talent Acquisition techniques and have a desire to build strong internal relationships and create suitable talent networks.The TA Advisor role provides a real opportunity to make a difference to JLL working with the business to attract and hire true talent.The role includesCollaboration with the HR Community and the business leaders to clarify job specifications and recruitment needs to fill current and future openingsWork closely with Managers to advise them on the recruitment process and manage their expectations throughout the processIn partnership with department heads and hiring managers create compelling employee attraction stories and routes to marketIdentify attract and manage relevant candidates based on open positions and JLLs future talent needs working closely with the TA Researchers on the talent pools for the future ensuring that there is always a pipeline of skills and experienceAnticipate future recruitment needs proactively finding and developing talent pools through advertising direct approach to candidates your network of colleges and universities diversity associations social media contacts and employee referralsManage the whole candidates hiring process from screening interviewing referrals counselling negotiating and offeringEnsure candidate data is accurately recorded into Workday (ATS)Provide accurate and proactive reporting and insights to the businessAs a JLL ambassador you will always provide a high-quality candidate experienceEnsure compliance with current and future legislation around data protection and securityRequirementsTo apply you will ideally have all the following requirements :Strong communication skills and ability to interface credibly with external candidates and senior business leadersGood stakeholder management skills : You will need a flexible approach; a creative mind; and the ability to adapt in the face of challenges to deliveryExperience of Talent Acquisition methods and a desire to discover new ways of attracting talent in a competitive marketBe organized and effectively manage your time across multiple recruiting priorities working in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Workday or any other ATS is essentialStrong inter-personal skills and an aptitude for getting on with people sense of confidentialityThe personal resilience to manage challenges to delivery of key initiativesCommitment to the organization a desire to see strategic initiatives in the talent space rolled out successfully andto make a personal contributionCuriosity and desire for continuous improvementIdeally degree qualified or equivalentFluent French & English is essentialLocation: On-site Paris FRAIf this job description resonates with you we encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all of the requirements.
