We are committed to aligning our financing portfolio with a carbon neutrality trajectory by 2050 and helping clients reduce their environmental impact.Part of the BPCE Group, France's second-largest banking group, we benefit from the group's strong financial standing and ratings (S&P: A+, Moody's: A1, Fitch: A+).Position and ResponsibilitiesYou will join the Compliance Surveillance team as a Compliance Controller Anti-Fraud Market.Within the Compliance Department, you will be responsible for conducting compliance controls within the Surveillance division.Daily tasks include:Reviewing escalations related to market abuse;Interacting with operational units on alert escalations;Analyzing alerts to detect potential market abuses;Participating in the development and operation of monitoring tools;Conducting investigations following identified issues;Drafting analytical reports and control summaries;Participating in working groups and department meetings.You will collaborate with first and second line control services, project managers (MOA/MOE), the CLAF (Anti-Fraud Coordination) team, and other Compliance services.
