You join the Compliance Monitoring team as Compliance Controller Anti-Fraud Market.

Within the Compliance Department, you are responsible for carrying out compliance controls within the Surveillance division.

On a daily basis, your tasks are:

- Contribute to the review of Level 2 escalations related to market abuse;
- Interact with business units on alert escalations;
- Analyze alerts for possible market abuse;
- Participate in the proper functioning, coverage and development of new tools to monitor market abuse;
- Conduct investigations following detection of gaps and problems;
- Write analysis reports and control summaries;
- Participate in working groups and department meetings.

During these missions, you work with first and second line control services, project managers (MOA/MOE), the CLAF service (Anti-Fraud Coordination) and other Compliance departments.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

From a higher education, you have confirmed experience in the control of market activities (Audit, Control, Risk Management) and/or in functions related to the processing of these activities (Middle Office / Back Office / SDR).

You are proficient:

- The Bank’s businesses, products, financial structures and information systems;
- Monitoring processes and tools as well as market abuse risks and activities.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Methodical and rigorous;
- Adaptable and responsive;
- Problem-solving oriented;
- Able to understand complex situations/patterns and identify possible market manipulation activities through the activities performed.

You master English with a C1 level.
