Notre client, acteur reconnu dans le conseil immobilier et l'AMO, poursuit son développement. Dans le cadre du renforcement de son pôle Projet et d'une création de poste, nous recrutons un(e) Senior Project Manager H / F pour le bureau de Lyon. Rattaché(e) au Regional Manager, vous encadrez une équipe de Project Manager en Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage sur des opérations variées (immobilier tertiaire, logistique, projets urbains). Vos principales responsabilités sont : Pilotage et management Encadrement d'une équipe de Project Managers Coordination des différents acteurs du projet (MOA, partenaires, entreprises, bureaux de contrôle...) Études et montage d'opérations Réalisation d'études de faisabilité (diagnostic urbain, pré-programme, programme technique et environnemental, estimation financière) Participation au montage des opérations Réalisation de missions d'audit (due diligence) sur bâtiments existants ou à construire Gestion contractuelle et financière Suivi budgétaire et contractuel des opérations Pilotage des consultations entreprises et passation des marchés Conception et réalisation Supervision des études graphiques et descriptifs techniques tous corps d'état Suivi et contrôle des études d'exécution Direction des opérations en phase travaux Assistance aux réceptions et pendant l'année de parfait achèvement Missions transversales Contribution au développement de l'activité Participation à des événements professionnelsAnimation de formations pour clients internes et externes Cette description prend en compte les principales responsabilités et missions ; elle n'est pas limitative. Caractéristiques du poste Localisation : Lyon (déplacements réguliers chez les clients et sur chantier) Télétravail : 2 jours / semaine Mobilité : En moyenne 2 déplacements par semaine (voiture, train) Caractéristiques du profil recherché Formation : Bac+5 (école d'ingénieur ou équivalent) Expérience : Minimum 5 ans dans la construction ou l'immobilier tertiaire / logistique, idéalement dans le conseil Compétences : Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet, multi-projets, sens de l'écoute, orientation client, rigueur, capacités rédactionnelles, leadership, Esprit d'équipe, aisance relationnelle, goût pour les projets complexes.
