You'll own the full lifecycle of voicebots from design to deployment.Configure and deploy voicebots on Cognigy and our internal AI Agent FoundryBuild robust, scalable conversational workflowsEnsure reliability, latency and performance at scale2 . Prompt Engineering & LLM OrchestrationDesign, optimize and version prompts for hybrid NLU + LLM architecturesShape behaviors, fallbacks, guardrails and consistency3 . Conversation DesignBuild intents, entities, and end-to-end voice user journeysDefine tone, style, error-handling and conversation guidelinesAlign design choices to business logic and operational needsRun structured testing loops and monitor logsIterate based on data and production feedback5 . Cross-functional CollaborationWork with product, engineering and business teamsTranslate needs into functional conversational solutionsSupport production rollout and adoptionWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORThe role requires a versatile profile, capable of managing the full lifecycle of a voicebot.EducationMaster’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Computational Linguistics or similarExperience2 to 5+ years building and deploying chatbots/voicebots in productionStrong experience with NLU platforms - Cognigy is a mustHands-on with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral)Experience with STT/TTS technologiesKnowledge of agentic architectures / AI AgentsComfortable working in Agile environmentsTechnical SkillsPrompt engineering (LLM + NLU hybrid flows)Complex conversational flow buildingAPI integrationsBot monitoring & performance optimizationSoft SkillsAutonomous, proactive and comfortable owning scope end-to-endStrong communicator (business + technical)Analytical, structured and data-drivenPassionate about frictionless user experienceABOUT IAGIAG is a leading player in AI driven transformation.
