Our working policy allows 2 days of remote work. You might be required to work on weekend if needed (twice a quarter).The Operations team is responsible for setting up and managing the processes to provide merchants and customers with the best buy now pay later experience, and to handle the risk and fraud operations.Practically, this means :Supporting customers and merchants: we are there to accompany them when they are using Alma, and their feedbacks allow us to improve the product;Managing debt collection actions from start to finish: our role is to reduce the late and default rates to guarantee the company's margin;Looking after new merchants during the on‑boarding process and ensuring that they are able to install the Alma solution as quickly and as easily as possible;Continuously improving customer scoring (both automated and manual scoring), to allow a maximum of users to pay without friction whilst minimising fraud and losses from bad debt;Thwarting fraud attempts from both merchants and customers on a daily basis.Investigate in line with procedures impacted by legal and regulatory LCB‑FT regulations.In this high‑growth environment, monitoring the activity and behavior of merchants and Customers we work with is crucial in reducing our financial and reputational risk.
