Assistant Store Manager – Paris (Le Marais)We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager (m / f / x) for our flagship store in the heart of Le Marais. The candidate will support the Store Manager, drive sales, and maintain our high standards of visual merchandising and customer service.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Store Manager in day‑to‑day store operations and management.Deputise for the Store Manager in his absence.Understand and implement company procedures and directives.Ensure sales plans are achieved and support the team in meeting sales targets.Mentor and provide feedback to sales staff to improve performance.Assist in the recruitment, training and development of staff.Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.ProfileAble to supervise and motivate a team.Excellent communication and people skills.Team player and customer service focused.Commercial awareness and good IT skills.Fluent in French and possess good English skills.Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family‑owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals. Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins.
