Take on new challenges by supporting our clients in the deployment and optimization of Atlassian solutions. Our training and mentoring program will enable you to become a true expert in Atlassian tools and best practices.Your ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and advise: Analyze client needs, provide recommendations, and conduct technical and functional auditsImplement solutions: Configure and integrate Atlassian applications based on client requirementsSupport change: Lead deployment projects, ensure user adoption, and deliver training sessionsAs an ITSM Advocate, apply ITIL best practices to design and implement efficient ITSM processes.
