Votre rôle au sein de NSI

Dans le cadre du développement de l'offre Atlassian chez NSI France, nous recherchons un Consultant Atlassian capable d'intervenir à la fois sur les aspects fonctionnels et techniques des outils Atlassian.

Conseil & Analyse fonctionnelle

Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers (IT, Agile, Support, Produit, PMO…)

Animer des ateliers de cadrage et de conception

Traduire les besoins métiers en solutions Atlassian adaptées

Définir et optimiser les workflows, écrans, champs, permissions et automatisations

Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la conduite du changement

2. Implémentation & Configuration technique

Configurer Jira Software, Jira Service Management et Confluence

Mettre en place des projets Scrum, Kanban, ITSM (ITIL)

Déployer et paramétrer des add-ons (Tempo, ScriptRunner, Assets, BigPicture…)

Développer des scripts (Groovy) et automatisations avancées

Gérer les intégrations avec des outils tiers (Git, CI/CD, outils ITSM, ERP…)

3. Administration & Expertise

Administrer les plateformes Atlassian (Cloud / Data Center)

Gérer les utilisateurs, rôles, permissions et schémas

Participer aux migrations (Server Cloud, Cloud Data Center)

Rédiger la documentation technique et fonctionnelle

4. Formation & Support

Former les utilisateurs et administrateurs

Assurer le support de niveau 2/3

Accompagner les équipes dans l'utilisation des outils

Profil recherché

De formation Bac+5 (Informatique, SI, Ingénierie, Gestion de projet) ou équivalent

Expérience de 5 ans minimum sur l'écosystème Atlassian

Autonomie, rigueur et sens du service

Excellentes capacités de communication

Anglais professionnel (oral + écrit)
