Head of HR BU Europe

Reporting to the Group HR Director and functionally to the Head of Territory Europe – Limagrain Field Seeds, you will define and lead the HR strategy for Limagrain Field Seeds across Europe (20 countries, 1,800 employees). As a member of the European Management Team, you play a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, cultural transformation, and employee engagement to support sustainable business growth.Main GoalStrategic Leadership: Design and implement HR strategy aligned with Group vision and business priorities.HR Operations: Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits, labor relations, and compliance.Cultural Transformation: Promote diversity & inclusion, foster engagement, and lead change initiatives.Team Leadership: Manage and develop the European HR team (8 direct reports), ensuring agility and high performance.Performance & Compliance: Monitor KPIs, optimize HR processes, and ensure adherence to local regulations and Group policies.Social Dialogue: Maintain positive labor relations and manage negotiations with employee representative bodies.Communication & Safety: Support internal communication and reinforce safety culture across the organization.The duties described above constitute the main responsibilities of the position.
