The team is composed of a FP&A team, an Accounting team, a treasury team and a billing team. We have the ambition to be IPO‑ready in the next couple of years. Improving our processes and controls is therefore key for us. Reporting to the Accounting Manager in a team of 5 employees. You will be trained by the senior accountant payables. Your mission Management of the accounting mailbox: replies to emails, redirection if necessary, archiving Management of our suppliers: creation of supplier and employee accounts, validate and enter invoices (€ and currencies) in our portal, interface the file with our accounting tool, propose the weekly payment schedule and once validate with the RC constitute the bank file, carry out end‑of‑month checks for our monthly closings Analysis and justification of accounts payable Verification and accounting of bank card receipts (overheads and travel) Validation of expense reports and import into accounting About You BAC + 2 + 3 BTS/DUT/Licence in accounting 2 years of experience minimum Strong organization and rigor, motivation Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Fluent in French + Ability to communicate easily in English in emails Knowledge of Yooz (or a similar platform) is a plus Knowledge in French Gaap (PCG) is a must - THIS IS A PARIS BASED POSITION = French accounting norms are a must Accounting done on an accounting software and not an ERP = knowledge on bookkeeping is a must Closing from Finance - All locations About us Equativ, a leading independent ad platform, brings scale and simplicity to digital advertising.
