Reporting to the Accounting Director, as part of the Finance department, you will be in charge of the following

**Your mission**:

- ** Accounts payable**:

- Invoice/purchase order reconciliation
- Invoice registration
- Preparation of payment batches
- Lettering
- Participation in monthly and annual closings
- Analysis and monitoring of accounts
- ** Expense reports**:

- Checking expense reports
- Accounting and preparation of payments + lettering
- Assistance with fee declarations

**What we're looking for**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Accounts Payable
- Degree (BTS, DUT, or equivalent)
- Excellent command of Excel
- Rigorous and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate and work within a team
- Good proficiency in English and French
- Knowledge of Netsuite is a plus
