The group is present in more than 100 countries through wholly owned subsidiaries in 17 countries and a network of distributors worldwide.In order to accompany the growth of Biocodex, we are looking for a: Tender & Hospital Operations for business expansion.Within Business Operations Department, the Tender & Hospital Operations Executive reports to Sales Director.**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES****Tender management:*** Manage full tender process: document preparation, tender submission.* Monitor tender schedules.* Check daily tender lists and get alignment tender prices for system confirmation.* Follow up tender status and resolve issues.* Provide product information, documents, and other tender-related support.* Assist Sales Director in activations of updating and remind tender data, analyze tender performance, investment in tender,…* Update and explain new circular/decrees to sales team**Consolidation and co-ordination:*** Co-ordinate with stakeholders to **implement** effectively the **activities** (Marketing, Medical, Sales team, regulatory, distributors…).* Collaborate with supply chain to ensure healthy **supply plans**.* **Consolidating** and **verifying documents / reports / payment request** from sales team to other departments.**Operations:*** **Sales KPIs / budget /** tracking, follow up and remind sales team.* **Consolidate** plans, follow up & analyst on claim process, control expenses, and evaluate investment effectiveness .* Working with distributors for **sales operations** (promotion, loyalty program, tender, activations, contract…).* **Optimize/Remind/Assist** sales team in internal workflows.* Prepare customize report and presentation for business review, monthly sales meeting, strategic planning,…**QUALIFICATIONS** Educational background* Bachelor’s degree in PharmaceuticalProfessionnal experience* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with multinational companies.* Strong operation management skills.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.* In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical tender process.* Number of working year experience: 3* Number of working years’ experience in the position: 2Technical masteries (softwares, sales techniques, etc.)* Sales Operations.* Sales analysisAn interest in artificial intelligence and its application in the workplace is a prerequisite, as we actively encourage its adoption to boost innovation and performance on a daily basis.
