As the go‑to person for sales and Commercial operation when it comes to specifying both pneumatic and electric actuators, the SME will provide expertise in automation solutions. Your tasks: Main role is to expand our presence and bookings in the automation market. Works with the commercial operation teams to define application guidelines to offer the best technical and commercial solution to given applications. Works with product management and engineering to help develop or customize products that meet market requirements including requested certification. Works with sales to enlist Flowserve pneumatic and electric actuators on vendor’s list. Develop insights and recommendations related to market‑level prices. Develop insights and recommendations related to service requirements. Understand competition and how to differentiate our solution in the automation market. Develop training material to improve overall knowledge of various functions specific to the mining market. Your profile: Deep product, service and solution expertise across the automation portfolio acquired through education or experience. Minimum 10 years experience in commercial operations, sales operations or related roles. Ability to interact globally and interface effectively across regions and functions. Excellent interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency with a Customer‑focused mindset. Ability to produce professional reports and presentations.
