Commercial Operation SME for Automation (m/f/t) Company Overview:Flowserve is a world‑leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of comprehensive flow control systems. We seek a Subject Manager Expert for Automation to support our Automation & Control Valve business unit. The Commercial Operation SME is the authority on automation and will collaborate globally with cross‑functional teams to increase bookings, revenue, and profitability. Tasks & Responsibilities Expand presence and bookings in the automation market. Collaborate with Commercial Operation teams to define application guidelines and provide best technical and commercial solutions. Work with Product Management and Engineering to develop or customize products that meet market requirements, including certification. Partner with Sales to list Flowserve pneumatic and electric actuators on vendor lists. Develop insights and recommendations on market‑level pricing and service requirements. Analyze competition and differentiate our solutions in the automation market. Create training materials to enhance knowledge across functions, specifically for the mining market. Qualifications Deep product, service, and solution expertise across the automation portfolio. Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or related roles. Ability to interact globally and interface effectively across regions and functions. Excellent interpersonal skills with a high sense of urgency and a customer‑focused mindset. Ability to produce professional reports and presentations. Creative problem solver with an ability to think outside the box. Travel requirement: over 50% globally.
