Join our Happeners Job Description As part of the strong development of its Business Information Services, Coface is recruiting a Global Process Manager – Commercial Team Business Information. Part of the Group Commercial Sales Operations team, the Commercial Process Manager focuses on designing and implementing commercial‑centered processes to improve operational performance. They drive projects to streamline processes and align with multiple key stakeholders to ensure we are delivering excellence in our commercial operations. They collaborate with functional and local areas of the business to deliver on the readiness, enablement and activation of processes that accelerate the benefits of commercial operational excellence programs. They play a key role in connecting the commercial view into the process design. Key Responsibilities Work in collaboration with Group Business Information cross‑functional leads to identify process improvement opportunities Drive prioritization and selection of strategically relevant process initiatives Facilitate workshops to understand and map existing processes and identify pain points Monitor, document and present process improvements Define KPIs to monitor new process implementation and work hand‑to‑hand with the head of Group BI commercial analytics to ensure proper tracking Participate and/or lead Business Projects work streams as needed Qualifications Master’s degree in economics, Business Administration, IT or related field 3+ years of experience with proven track record in process optimizations, operational excellence, lean management Experience in mapping processes (VSMs) and implementing impactful improvements with efficiency savings; Lean certification is a plus Deep end‑to‑end knowledge of sales processes Superior interpersonal skills to drive cross‑functional collaboration and lead change initiatives Polished written and oral communication in French and English Creative, innovative, analytical and collaborative mindset Project management and facilitation skills Highly organized, design‑minded and detail‑oriented Additional Information The opportunity to build your career internationally in a large global company, one of the world leaders in its field.
