**Détails de la Mission**: Arkema recruits for its headquarters in Colombes a Business Process Owner Accounting. Located in Colombes, in the Hauts-de-Seine department (92), Arkema France's head office employs over 800 people. The facility houses the Group's functional divisions and most of its business units. The 4.20 workshop, a design showroom dedicated to our innovative solutions, was created to learn about and experiment with our chemistry. Integrated within the Finance Department in France and under the responsibility of the Finance Optimization Department Manager, you will be the SAP lead for the global group's core model in the Record To Report, Fixed Asset, and Tax processes. As the Global Business Process Owner, you will be responsible to deploy the Core Model processes and if necessary, adapting them due to local standards/norms, maintaining a strong understanding of accounting stakeholders, and providing the necessary support to users. In collaboration with operational and IT teams, you will: - Act as a guardian of the global "Core Model" and ensure long-term compliance with group best practices across all accounting functions through Change Management sessions and training. - Deploy the functional and organizational Core Model for accounting functions within EMEA region subsidiaries, analyze specific needs, and recommend suitable solutions in close collaboration with regional BPOs, especially during deployments, mergers & acquisitions (in and out), or the addition of new functionalities. - Facilitate gap analysis and design workshops during the implementation of SAP in new entities, actively participate in testing and data migrations. - Develop and deliver user training modules (e-learning) and periodically conduct in-depth sessions as part of the Accounting Academy program. - Actively contribute to change management efforts in Finance organizations as they centralize accounting functions into Shared Service Centers. **Profil Recherché**: - Graduated from a Business School or Master's degree program with a specialization in accounting/finance. - Significant prior experience in the accounting field using SAP or as an SAP FI consultant. - Ability to construct or adapt accounting flows in compliance with accounting standards (IFRS & local GAAP). - Proficient in English, enabling you to work effectively in a multicultural context (numerous interactions with Asia Pacific & the Americas) as part of global projects. - Strong team spirit and effective communication skills. - This position may require occasional short-term international travel.
