Nous recherchons pour notre client, une scale-up SaaS spécialisée dans la logistique e-commerce, un Marketing Manager Senior dans le cadre du développement de son activité. Missions du poste Rattaché(e) à la Marketing Team Lead, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la stratégie marketing et la croissance de Bigblue sur le marché SMB (Small and Medium Business). Vos principales missions seront Définir et piloter la stratégie marketing pour renforcer la notoriété et générer des leads qualifiés. Concevoir et exécuter des campagnes multicanales (content marketing, social media, ABM, paid ads). Développer la stratégie de contenu : storytelling, articles, newsletters, vidéos, en cohérence avec la marque. Optimiser la performance des actions marketing grâce au suivi des KPIs et à une approche data-driven. Collaborer avec les équipes Sales et Product pour aligner les initiatives marketing sur les objectifs business. Contribuer à la marque employeur et à la communication corporate pour attirer les meilleurs talents. Autonome et force de proposition, vous serez impliqué(e) dans des projets stratégiques à fort impact. Issu(e) d'un formation Bac +5 en école de commerce, communication ou équivalent dans une école de commerce ou une université reconnue vous avez une solide expérience en marketing B2B SaaS, idéalement acquise dans un environnement start-up ou scale-up. Vous justifiez d'au moins 3 années d'expérience, idéalement 5 ans, sur des missions stratégiques et opérationnelles en marketing. Vous maitrisez le content marketing, le social media, l'ABM, le branding et l'analytics. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie, votre créativité et votre capacité à travailler en mode agile, tout en faisant preuve de rigueur et d'excellentes compétences en communication. La présentation d'un portfolio illustrant vos réalisations (campagnes, contenus, branding) est indispensable. Enfin, la maîtrise de l'anglais est impérative. #J-18808-Ljbffr
