About the Role As a Marketing Manager for RAISE Summit, Europe’s leading AI event, you will spearhead the execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive delegate ticket sales, enhance brand visibility, and elevate the event’s position as a global leader in AI thought leadership. This pivotal role requires expertise in multi‑channel marketing, data‑driven decision‑making, and project management to achieve ambitious growth goals. You will execute innovative marketing initiatives across multiple channels, focusing on project management, digital marketing, and growth strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement. You will be responsible for implementing strategic marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales and build our AI community. This role combines technical marketing skills with project management expertise, requiring someone who thrives in a fast‑paced event environment and can deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Execute integrated marketing strategies to drive delegate ticket sales across Raise Summit Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning Manage end‑to‑end campaign implementation from planning to performance optimization Develop compelling messaging and value propositions for different audience segments SEO, Growth Marketing & Analytics Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) with budget optimization Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs, implement data‑driven optimizations Build and maintain audience nurturing flows using CRM and marketing automation tools Create A/B testing frameworks to optimize conversion rates across touchpoints Generate actionable insights from campaign performance data Project Management Coordinate with design, content, and web teams to produce marketing assets Manage multiple concurrent campaigns and ensure timely delivery Oversee website updates, speaker announcements, and agenda publications Ensure optimal user experience across landing pages, registration flows, and event platforms Partnership & Content Marketing Support partnership marketing initiatives and co‑marketing opportunities Collaborate on content creation for thought leadership and audience engagement Contribute to the development of delegate‑facing tools (networking app, on‑site experience) Requirements 3+ years of marketing experience with focus on digital marketing and growth B2B marketing experience with preference for event, conference, or tech industry background Proven SEO expertise with demonstrated organic traffic growth results Growth marketing skills including paid advertising, conversion optimization, and funnel management Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) Results‑oriented with focus on measurable KPIs and ROI Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Strong project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities Creative problem‑solving approach to marketing challenges Adaptability to work in fast‑paced, dynamic environment Event marketing experience or conference industry background Experience marketing B2B technology events or AI/tech conferences Knowledge of the AI ecosystem and target audience understanding What We Offer A competitive salary and benefits package.
