Do you want to work for a rapidly growing global organization?At Muehlhan Wind Service we are passionate about making green energy more affordable and accessible across the world.As a Project Manager in our Service business unit, you will ensure professional project management that adds significant value to our company. You will accomplish this through collaborative efforts, project planning, and a strong focus on cost management and efficiency.In this role, you will have the authority to make purchases in alignment with our Matrix of Approval, ensuring that projects stay on track and within budget.You will be employed on full-time basis in one of our offices in France (either Le Havre or Pontchâteau). Some travelling must be expected.Key responsibilitiesEnsuring compliance with project contracts and agreementsManaging project profitability and financial performanceDelivering projects on time, meeting quality and safety standardsOverseeing the fulfilment of frame agreements, purchase orders, and contractsHandling all contractual notifications and documentationEstablishing a stakeholder matrix and facilitating effective communicationMinimizing project costs, energy consumption, and purchasing volumesAligning project plans with customer expectations and business unit goalsSkills, abilities and knowledgeExceptional leadership and interpersonal skillsProficiency in English (spoken and written)A minimum of three years of relevant experienceTechnical insight and knowledge in the wind industryTheoretical or practical education related to the wind industryPrevious experience with Enercon is an advantageWhat we offerA dynamic and international work environment with a focus on quality and innovationFlexible working conditions with a strong emphasis on work-life balanceCollaborative culture within a diverse, multinational, and skilled teamOpportunities for professional development and career growthThe chance to make a meaningful impact in the renewable energy industryBy joining us, you will get the opportunity to work in an international company with an informal and cross-functional working environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
