Hier bewältigen wir den schnellen Warenumschlag, lagern Anlieferungen ein, kommissionieren, verpacken und versenden Produkte und haben uns maßgeblich dahin gebracht, wo wir heute sind.Key job responsibilitiesSicherstellung der Einhaltung der deutschen Arbeitsschutzgesetze, Richtlinien und Firmenrichtlinien.Implementierung und Überwachung von Sicherheitsprogrammen (Lockout Tagout, Absturzsicherung, Brandschutz, Notfallverfahren, Evakuierung).Entwicklung, Durchführung und Aufrechterhaltung von Schulungsprogrammen zum Arbeitsschutz.Entwicklung und Aufrechterhaltung von Programmen zur Ergonomie, manuellen Handhabung von Lasten und optimalen Arbeitsplatzgestaltung.Erledigung der notwendigen Formalitäten zur Einhaltung der deutschen Gesetze und des Berichtswesens.Auswertung von Unfällen und Statistiken und Entwicklung von Präventionsprogrammen.Förderung des Engagements für Arbeitsschutzmaßnahmen von Management und Mitarbeitern und Schaffung einer Arbeitsschutzkultur.Gefährdungsbeurteilung neuer Prozesse und Maschinen.Überprüfung von Veränderungen in standardisierten Abläufen und Erstellung von Arbeitsschutzempfehlungen.Fortschreiben der bestehenden Gefährdungsbeurteilung.Aufbau und Pflege einer engen Zusammenarbeit mit der lokalen Feuerwehr, Arbeitsschutzbehörden und der Berufsgenossenschaft.Zusammenarbeit mit dem örtlichen Betriebsrat gemäß §9 ASiG.Management einer nachhaltigen Störfalluntersuchung und -Berichterstattung.Prozessauditierung.Vertretung des regionalen WHS Managers bei Abwesenheit.Übernahme von überregionalen (DE/EU) Projekten zur Verbesserung des Arbeitsschutzes.For this role we expectBachelorabschluss oder gleichwertige Qualifikation gemäß Europäischer Qualifikationsrahmen (EQF).Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit-Zertifikat gemäß §6 ASiG bzw. DGUV V2.Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Arbeitsschutzbereich.Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams.Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.Plus qualificationsAbgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen oder sicherheitstechnischen Gebiet.Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von Lean-, 5S- oder Kaizen-Methoden.Qualifikationen oder Erfahrungen mit Maßnahmen aus dem Umweltschutzbereich.Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung.Hohe Kommunikations-, Führungs- und Teamfähigkeit.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
